First we built... something. It's actually a Seattle ferry.
Then we took a bus tour of several Disney buildings.

In the center of the Team Disney building (Arata Isosaxi, 1991) is an immense sun dial room.

Recognize the door in the sun dial room? The river rocks on the ground are reflecting the wall colors; they're not pink.

The ceiling of the Swan Resort hotel (Michael Graves, 1990). While unusual, I wouldn't want to stay in either the Swan or the Dolphin Resort hotels. The lobby areas were not conducive to enjoyment, they were very noisy and visually taxing.   Function follows form...

The Wilderness Lodge (Peter Dominick, 1994) is based on the lodges in Yellowstone National Park. It is by far, the place we want to stay next—you  feel nature's grandeur and inspiration here.

Rear view. There's even a replica of Old Faithful near the pool.

Disney has some amazing buildings.

Every detail is considered.
